Quality First Care provides nursing services delivered by qualified nursing professionals with appropriate clinical oversight to support individuals with health-related needs in the home.

Nursing services may include nursing assessments, chronic condition monitoring, post-hospital or transitional care support, medication management support, care coordination, client and family education, dementia and Alzheimer’s support, fall prevention and safety monitoring, and end-of-life comfort support (non-hospice).

Nursing services are provided on a private-pay basis and are not Medicare home health services. Services are available throughout Clayton County, Cobb County, Douglas County, Fayette County, Fulton County, Gwinnett County, Henry County, and Spalding County.
